Welcome!
Upon entering our office, you will be welcomed by our friendly receptionist. You will be given paperwork which provides us with your health history and information on your condition. You can also complete this before hand by downloading our patient forms located in the New Patient Center.
Meet Dr. Shah
Upon meeting with the doctor, you’ll discuss your concerns and problems relating to your health as well as possible treatment options. You will now have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Examination
Dr. Shah will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Spinal position, curvatures and muscle tone can also be examined as it relates to possible spinal subluxations. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well
